Marco Morales – RE/MAX Southern Shores

Born in Gales Ferry, CT, and raised in the snow-globe that is upstate New York, Marco Morales knew two things early on: he was good with people, and he really hated shoveling snow. In 2000, he traded his snow boots for flip-flops and permanently relocated to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Before transitioning into real estate, Marco spent a decade mastering the fast-paced hospitality industry at Planet Hollywood. Rising through the ranks into management, he perfected the art of high-level problem-solving, exceptional client service, and handling complex requests under pressure. In 2013, Marco brought that intense "Friday-night-dinner-rush" hustle to the coastal South Carolina housing market.

Now an award-winning Broker Associate with RE/MAX Southern Shores, Marco brings energy, humor, and relentless drive to every transaction. As a seasoned professional with specialized credentials—including RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and SPS (Strategic Pricing Specialist)—he combines sharp local market data with a stress-free, lighthearted client experience.

Whether you are a first-time home buyer navigating the market, a sun-seeking retiree looking for a beachside oasis, or a property investor eyeing new construction, Marco has your back across Myrtle Beach, Conway, Carolina Forest, Little River, and Barefoot Resort. He is a proud multi-million dollar producer, a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club Team, a dedicated supporter of the Children's Miracle Network, and he always has a dad joke ready to keep the process fun.
